This is the story of me...
I was born in one of the least developed countries in the world. My dad

The only thing I had going for me was my brain. Ever since I was a teenager, I became fascinated by psychology and the power of the mind... The librarian at my school called me the Psychology kid because I would go and ask for psychology books only (and the other kids called me the nerd, naturally). I was strangely attracted towards hypnosis and other mind control techniques, the things big marketing companies use to make you happily pay for trash (and earn billions).
The only other thing that I had in plenty was... dreams! For some strange reason, I had dreams that one day I'd be very rich, one day I would have many beautiful women around me, one day I would travel all around the world, one day I'd be famous... But I also figured these are the dreams that every other guy has, and it gave me no special edge...
But I was wrong!
On my 23rd birthday, some interesting things happened. Something that had never happened before.
I received not a single phone call from anyone who would wish me a happy birthday. My best friend forgot. My Mum forgot. The girl I was dating at the time forgot... I stayed up all night wondering if this is how my life is always going to be? Lonely, poor and boring... And right before the sun came out, I started crying.
I cried not because nobody remembered me but because I just couldn't find the answer to why I had to have such a lousy start. I cried and I cried for so long that I lost track of time. I didn't go out for days and I didn't sleep for nights. I never really contemplated suicide
but this is when I reached the bottom...
As I tell my students these days, being at zero is an interesting place to be. A lot of miracles tend to happen when you have reached the end of everything. Somehow when you have nothing to
lose anymore, life takes a u-turn. So it was one of these days something happened in me and
I decided that things have got to change. It cannot go on like this.
I made a definite promise to myself that I am going to do whatever it takes,

As soon as I made a definite commitment to do whatever it
takes no matter what things started changing...
For the next 3 years I went through the wildest roller coaster ride of my life! I went to absolute highs and I was given challenges that almost ruined me.
But I had made a commitment to do whatever it takes. And in these
three years, what I experienced and learnt
changed my life in beyond my wildest dreams!
I changed from this depressed, broken guy to a highly successful teacher entrepreneur with a super charged love life!

It's been a while since I wrote you last time, I guess it was in May
as I recall.
Many things happened since that time. First of all, thank you for your
ecourse, it's been really helpful. the information you have been
providing me with could really boost my confidence and bring the
results I wished for.
Now a little bit about my amazing experience: I started working on
manifesting at the end of April after watching the movie "Secret",
then doing more research on the Internet I came across your book
"Redefine
Your Reality"
which I bought.
I began meditating on getting a new job with a certain pay. Before I
never even got a chance to have an interview in a company of my
desire, but in one month after I started meditating, things began to
change. I got three interviews in a row in three major companies of my
interest and all they came within 10 days.
Every time before the interview I visualized how it would go, which
questions I would be asked, and what outcome would be. All happened
according to the way I visualized. To make a long story short, all the
three companies offered me a job. One of them even offered my son a
free education in an international school, which I was not able to
afford, and it was the job I took.
One interesting thing about my pay: the headquarter of our company is
in Hong Kong and all the paperwork, insurance, pay decision, etc. all
go through Hong Kong. As a part of negotiation process I got a phone
call from Hong Kong, the person in charge asked me about my current
salary, benefits, etc. and said they would send me email in a couple
of hours informing me about my salary.
I did not waste my time: I sat in an arm chair and began visualizing
how much I would like to get, and in my visualization process I
thought about an amount of money, which I knew was too much for the
position I wanted to take. I still remember the way i was visualizing,
what I was feeling, I visualized an email coming, opening an
attachment, looking up my salary and making a loud wild scream at top
of my lungs as a result of happiness and surprise. It was all in my
imagination. Little did I know at that time that wild loud scream I
made at top of my lungs would become a reality just in two hours! Two
hours later I got an email, I opened an attachment and ....
My family rushed into my room as they could not figure out what was
going on with me. I was screaming about 5 minutes, having no control
over my emotions and not being able to give an explanation of my weird
behavior to anyone in my family who were standing around me asking
each other if I needed to see a doctor! The salary offered to me was
even higher than the one I visualized, and down under it was my salary
after all tax deduction which was only $80 dollars less than I
imagined. I really lost a sense of reality that moment, or I would
say, it was so vivid and clear that my reality is the reality of my
thoughts and there is no difference! Well, that's how I was feeling
that moment.
There are many other small things I could manifest in my life and it
relates to my family, relationship with my friends and relationship at
work, but also there are many things I am still working on.
From my limited experience, I would say it's very important to create
a vivid feeling of what you have, and create a feeling you already
have it, and which is most important: FEEL HAPPINESS BECAUSE YOU
ALREADY GOT IT and don't be afraid to show this happiness right away
no matter how silly it might seem. It's like in my salary
visualization. Also, always remember about gratitude.
I know you can read it in many books, but this is just a piece of my
experience: the more grateful you feel both for what you have and what
you try to manifest, the more real it feels. Another important thing
which I noticed: it's much easier to manifest if you have a concrete
thing in mind, if you know exactly what it is, what it looks like,
when and why. Looking back at my experience, I see that the more
abstract the goal of my visualization, the more difficult it is to
manifest it, and I think this is the reason why I still did not
manifest the things I have been working on for a few months.
There are many other surprisingly amazing things happened even though
I did not expect them to happen as I knew they just could not happen,
but deep inside I still kept visualizing on the best outcome. They did
happen.
Now back to your book and newsletters, Shafin. I think you are doing a
